We had our last meeting as a group member to discuss more regarding our Discussion and make some improvements for our final Draft on 'Customer Satisfaction Toward E-Grocery Services During New Normal Post COVID' research paper. We already make an improvement in grammar and some other mistakes that we found during the meeting. Alhamdullilah for everything! we are hoping that our research paper will help other researchers to find more information about E-grocery service during Covid-19 in the future. On 23/12/2020 we also had presentations for the other group member, and then after a few presentations, we have a special international webinar "Visiting Lecturer" with University Duta Bangsa. The title is "Entrepreneurship Opportunities for Graduate: Experience from Malaysia and Indonesia"

30/12/2020 remark our last journey presentation with Dr. Sharina and Madam Maimunah to present on our research project of Customer satisfaction E-groceries services during new normal post covid. We would like to give big gratitude to our lecturer and our group for doing a good and great job. Kudos guys 👍👍👍

we are really happy we can successfully finish our research report based on the dateline given, even we had still many to improve and lots of comment from Madam Maimunah and Dr. Sharina but we will take it as an improvement, motivation and do our best on our next research paper.

Since we are the last group, there is lots of advice from Dr. sharina on how to improve our research paper and pursue our Master's next. Try and error, do lots of homework, never give up, and always keep working every single day. we really hope our research paper able to publish in the Scopus journal. Thank you once again for this big opportunity, until we meet again.

Before this, we had a class with Dr. which she checks one by one group on the research paper that all of us made but surprisingly we are the first group that she called to check our paper. We are glad that Dr. checks our research paper before we submit the real one and there are many corrections that we must make. After class, my group had a meeting to distribute task where everyone needs to edit and redo back their part.

On 23/12/2020- 30/12/2020 we had our real presentation online so before the dateline, everyone had been given their work and task to present on their own slide. Generally, our group is well prepared and we hope our presentation will run smoothly and successfully. wish us all the best guys 😊😊

Today we would like to share about the writing for Q1 Journal from Assoc. Prof. Dr. Roslina Ab. Wahid a senior lecturer from UiTM.

Dr. Sharina shares this webinar in our group WhatsApp to let us join this for our learning since we are doing our own research now to gain more knowledge.

During the season, the presenter shows us about all her journal 'Q1 PUBLICATION LIST' that she already did. It was really good because she willing to share all her experience and skills in Q1 journal.

1. What is Q1 Journal?

3. What makes you write (Motivation for writing)
4. What kills motivation for writing
5. Before writing an article (what to write?)
6. Before writing an article (check references list, themes, authors guideline & submission requirement)

There is a Q&A session and Farra manages to join this "Writing for Q1 Journal that was organized by Dr. Che Rosmawati Che Mat from UNIKL BIS. I would say that this is very good for learning to sharpen our skills. Even the others lecturer said they are satisfied and Dr.Sharina also feel inspired by the presenter. Meeting Final with group member (4/12/20)

Hello guys, tonight we have our final meeting before we compile our report research. This week are really hectic for us since we are in final year we need also to focus on other assignment and internship. We make a meeting to compile our idea together on discussion. what we can observe is teamwork is really important everyone need to participate to work together and finished before the date line. to me our group is really the most wonderful and always participate in the meeting and others. I really happy since all of our report are 99% complete and we just need to make a small edit before we submit to Dr before this Monday. Wish us luck guys, keep supporting us in the future.

CLASS (2/12/20) COMMENT ON WEBINAR E-COMMERCE IN THE NEW NORMAL

So today we have a second class during our mid seam break, and yesterday we had a webinar on e-commerce in the new normal from our lecturer and other international speakers also. Today Dr asked us for our experience and comment on a flaw from the webinar, so this is the conclusion comment from the student and Dr.

- The team should be attractive enough for you to attract the crowd

- Date and time must be convenient for the speaker able to join.

- To address the team you should identify the good speaker, the speaker should have knowledge and idea. Importantly authority to speak about the topic too has someone relevant to talk about the team

- Has good presentation skills, what you said must be clear, make the crowd follow and understand our content. be able to catch the attention of the audience. the content should relate the team

- In choosing the speaker we must choose from the industry or academic background so they can address different issues.

- When we get the best speaker when the audience asks questions they can answer us more.

- Share more about the biodata so people will know and trust towards the speaker because biodata is important to create credentials for peoples.

- Minimize risk is by doing good preparation from start to the end. the organizer should explain what the speaker should tell to the team.

INTERNATIONAL WEBINAR (1 December)

On 1st December we had an online webinar which is "Seminar E-commerce In the New Normal". All students must participated in the webinar. There are lots of talented people from different industry and country which Dr Genius Umar from Indonesia. From here we get lots of knowledge from different country on how they adapt the e-commerce in the new normal.

From the webinar, we have our lecturer from UniKL which are the coordinator Dr Ilham and Dr Sherry. The first speaker is our lovely Dr Sherry which she shares lots on how tourism apply e-commerce during the new normal.

The use of e-commerce in tourism they are 3 points from our Dr. Sherry which seeks out for information, purchase product and services and obtain an opinion from others. We know that nowadays tourism is impacted badly by the pandemic covid-19 so they need to adapt to the new normal by using the online platform to attract customers.

From the next speaker, we have Hani the international speaker, He shares the digital partners of her company. there are lots of e-commerce that they apply to the company.

In conclusion, we gain lots of information and know the international speaker which they share about their company adaptation and also other speaker shares their opinion. Students are able to ask the question to the speaker also.

Class with Dr Sherry and Madam Maimunah

Hello and Good morning readers 💓💗💓💗

Assalamualaikum and hello guys ! we meet again for today lesson and class with Dr Sherry (25/11/2020). Today is the best lesson I guess since we have outside guest which is Madam Maimunah that will teach us on the quantitative data regarding on the conducting research of our results.

Basically on the diagram, Dr teach us on this Smart PLS, which we have the green one is independent variable and the right on is dependent variable. The yellow table will be our item which is the questionnaire based on the variable. The arrow shows us that the independent variable has a relation with dependent variable. The closer to 1 the strong the relationship

This is the summary of the hypothesis testing which in our research paper we have the H1,H2.H3 and so on this is to know that our perception meet or not with the hypothesis testing is it positive or negative effect. As a example H1: there is a positive effect of perceived ease of use on online purchase intention.

Dr. Sherry and Madam Maimunah also teach us the important part in conducting data which are Correlation and Regression.

On the correlation, its mean that the direction, strength of the relationship among all variables. correlation is we want to know how strong the relationship between 2 variables which is Iv and Dv. The closer to the 1 the strong the relationship. If the results are negative then just let it be so it shows that there is no relationship and it's real.

Lastly, on regression which we know that the reliability test is to validate the reliability of the items in the questionnaire as the measurement as an example using Cronbach Alpha. Dr Sherry said, if it above 0.8 very good, if below 0.6 is not reliable. if it is below 0.6 what we need to do is adjust or take out the question. This regression will show on the scatterplot graph which the Y is for the dependent variable meanwhile X for an independent variable.

Meeting after mid sem break

After one week mid sem break we meet again for our meeting since we have divide each of us to do their part in the research which is Anis on methodology, Azliyana on demographic meanwhile Farra and Zakwan they working together to do the smart pls and Spss. Its really good since we sharing our ideas together, zakwan and farra teach azliyana and anis how do they conducting the data since they familiar with the apps. After one hour brainstorming and teaching each other, we go through the research paper in order to correct if there's is wrong or not fully written. Teamwork is really important and we do it together without doing a free rider this is important to make sure we can present well and understand our research paper very well. Good job guys ! 💪 we did pretty well and never give up. Thats all from us, see you guys next week

Week 6 (4/11/20)

Hello everyone, Good morning 💕💕💕

Hope you guys have a wonderful and great day today ! 😍😍😍 so its already November guys and we are on week 6 😨😨😨😨 time flies so fast. so today class Dr teach us on Data collection and sampling strategy. so basically it teach us on how to collect data, know our population is it we used probability or non probability. so we study most of the important thing on how to collecting data. To conclude all after we learn from this chapter we know how to collect data from our population and it is not easy as we think. Hopefully our questionnaire runs well after we blast it later. Pray for us guys. see ya next week.

Today blog we just wanna share our meeting on a questionnaire that we already did and we try to go through all the 30 questions to make sure that the questionnaire meets the research paper that. After brainstorming with madam, and madam checked our questionnaire one by one for 2 times and alhamdulillah it had been approved. Our group was really happy as our hard work for the questionnaire had paid off. Thank you so much guys for all the participant, next we will convert our questionnaire into google form and blast to our target population.

Brainstorming and Important notes on our meeting 😖😖

Helloooooo everyonee !😍 how's your felling today ? is it good , we hope you have a great and wonderful day today so do we. Today we just wanna share with you guys we had our second meeting after our fourth class end. so as you guys read from my previous blog, we had been asked to move on our next part which is QUESTIONARE 😱😱😱 its quite hectic day today but yeah we still never give up in order to make sure we finish our assignment based on the date line given.

In our meeting we have Azliyana, Farra, Anis and Zakwan. 👫👭 we divide our task each of every person make 6 questionnaire for the independent variable. we guide each of us on how to do the questionnaire and as you can see from the image we jot down all the notes that Dr gives us and what's important things to make the research that we do are really perfectly approved by our own lecturer. We really support each other to make sure that we do our job and never leave behind. This Friday we had our next meeting to show our progress on questionnaire and literature metric. hope everything going well and wish the best for us guys. See you on our next post. bye bye 👍

(21/10/2020) FOURTH CLASS

Assalamualaikum and Hello Everyone 😘😘😘

So every Wednesday we have our Seminar class on 9:30am to 1:00pm with our lovely Dr Sherry, so today we have class with Dr the topic for today she revised with us is on literature review and she asked one by one for the question she given. Basically the literature review was the revision from previous lesson since we have study from our third class before. The question that Dr asked us was " what is the main purpose of literature review", "the difference between primary sources and secondary sources", "what is underpinning theory" and lastly is "the difference between dependent variable and independent variable".

After that Dr asked us to move to the next stage which is doing the questionnaire for our research, and she explained one by one on how to do the questionnaire. so basically what she told us is questionnaire have 2 part which are section A and Section B and for section A its mostly on demographic question such as name, gender, salary, gender and others. and for section B more into our dependent variable and independent variable. so each of variable must be at least 5-6 question. since we have 4 independent variable so my group decided to divide task which one person take one variable and make questionnaire and for dependent variable my group do it together.

Today our class end early since Dr want us to meet our own group and discuss to proceed on the next step which do the questionnaire since we have finished all the task that Dr given before. That all for today, see you guys on next blog.

TASK FOR ALL MEMBERS

Assalamualaikum and hello everyone !! 💗💗💗

Today we would like to share our journey updating on our Assignment that has been given to us. So basically we have 4 members all together which are Azliyana, Anis, Farra, and Zakwan. They are really helpful and hardworking as we work together to make sure that our assignment finishes on the dateline given. For the first task, we divide one task for one member which Zakwan will be doing the introduction for the research, Farra and Anis doing problem statement and research objective and research question, meanwhile Azliyana will be doing theoretical framework, hypothesis, and theory. Every day we will update on our task in our own group.

Next task, Dr. Sherry ask us to find 30 articles for the literature review, so we dividing each of us has to find 8 articles so it will easier for us to make research and know on the past research.

and for the last task right now since our independent variable has 4 so we diving each of us to take one independent variable and make an essay and research on the variable, as we can see Azliyana will be doing product quality, Anis will be doing Safety, Farra on sales service and lastly Zakwan on Information. Each and every day we will update if we have finished on our own task.

(14/10/2020) THIRD CLASS CONSULTATION AND TASK

Assalamualaikum and Hello everybody !!! 😘😘😘

In our third class, Because of Covid-19 issues, UniKL has decided to conduct class by using virtual learning which is used Teams as a platform to communicate. Dr. Sharina shows us and explains more about the literature review. We are required to make a literature review for each IV 500-600 words.

A literature review is about previous research or study that presents current knowledge for understanding a list of topics. The literature review focuses more on the independent variable and the dependent variable of the item we created. There are several challenges that we have faced in the process of completing this chapter. We are required to collect at least 30 copies of the journal for a review of the literature. In this literature review, critical thinking is needed to compare and choose the right information from other journals as our references to a good research paper. In addition, we need to analyze and identify the research gaps in other previous authors in their research. We could still handle these tasks, even though it involves a lot of reading material.

We are also required to draw up a literature review matrix for each journal that we refer to as references.

Dr. Sharina also shows us an example of a previous student blog as a guide for us.

(7/10/2020) SECOND CLASS CONSULTATION AND TASK

As usual, every Wednesday we're going to have a class with Dr. Sharina. For the consultation of our group with Dr. Sharina. Today is our second consultation with her to show our progress on Title, Problem statement, IV & DV, and to ensure that everything is clearly written. Alhamdulillah, Dr. Sharina is guiding us, and it went well for us.

The problem statement is the issue as well as issues that come out of the research. We need to determine whether there is a problem or issue related to the topic of this research. In order to complete the task, we need to understand and be aware of the topic that was chosen. The problem statement will be a guide for us to establish independent variables and dependent variables. We focus on the current issues related to our topic in order to determine whether our research could help to overcome the issue.

In our first class of the seminar, we are required to choose a title for our research under the theme of Business during covid-19 in Malaysia. After a long discussion with the team member, we decided to focus on E-grocery service in Malaysia. We brainstorming to establish the research title and come out with the title of 'CUSTOMER SATISFACTION TOWARD E-GROCERY SERVICES DURING NEW NORMAL POST COVID'. We consult with our lecturer whether this topic is valid for the research.

The reason why we choose this topic is that we want to make an awareness of Malaysia citizens on how easy it was to buy groceries true online especially with the latest technology & internet that we have now everything was EDGE. During this era, there has a lot of issues that have come out by many media such as social distancing is important at Hypermarket during covid-19, only limited people were allowed to enter the Hypermarket at a certain time. This topic is interesting to conduct because groceries in our daily life are important and by buying true online E-groceries we can save time.

Dr. Sharina guides us on Whatsapp on how to make a problem statement.

Dr. Sharina also guides us on "Microsoft Teams" that we use as a platform to meet every time we have class since covid 19 by showing other example about problem statement.
